American Parkinson Disease Association

APDA was founded in 1961 to ease the burden and find a cure for Parkinson’s disease. Today the organization funds five types of grants and nine Centers for Advanced Research.

MJFF is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson’s disease through an aggressively funded research agenda and to ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson’s today.

National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke

Part of the National Institutes of Health, the mission of NINDS is to reduce the burden of neurological disease. NINDS conducts and supports research on brain and nervous system disorders.

National Parkinson Foundation

NPF works to address the unmet needs in Parkinson’s care and treatment. In partnership with its Centers of Excellence network, NPF supports research to build understanding of Parkinson’s and improve care quality for people living with the disease.

PDF is a leading national presence in Parkinson’s disease research, education and public advocacy. Since its founding in 1957, PDF has supported hundreds of research projects around the world.
